Is the free plan really free?
Yes! The Freelancer plan is completely free with no credit card required. You can create and send invoices by email at no cost. Online payment collection requires a paid plan with your own payment processor.
What is Bring Your Own Payment Processor?
TidyInvoice does not process payments directly. Instead, you connect your own Stripe or Square account. This means you keep your existing processor relationship, rates, and full control of your funds.
Are there any transaction fees?
TidyInvoice charges zero transaction fees on any plan. Your only costs are your plan subscription and whatever your payment processor charges. We never take a cut of your payments.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment processors do you support?
